What is included in the monthly fee?
It includes your chosen subscription, cloud environment setup and maintenance, and support through this site.
How do I open the workbench?
Register or sign in, then redeem your activation code in My account. Select “Open workspace” once the instance is ready; wake a sleeping environment first.
Will my projects and history be saved?
We plan to save code, conversations and task history per workspace. Contact us before arranging access to confirm retention periods and recovery options.
What if there is an account issue?
For environment or account issues, start a support request here and we will help investigate. A cloud environment cannot guarantee that an account will never be restricted or that an existing task will resume seamlessly after switching accounts.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
Chinese, English and Russian are available, with prices in CNY, USD and RUB respectively. Foreign-currency amounts are estimates; the final amount will be confirmed at activation.
